The Greatness Initiative
Understanding how community and culture impacts our youth, No More Dirty, Incorporated has developed a unique interdisciplinary character development “Greatness” initiative for youth and teens ages 11-19 who have been negatively impacted by brokenness, interruption in family life, violation and unforeseeable happenings.
This initiative is very intentional about addressing the most challenging internal, social and mental battles, young people face beginning with poverty, cultural relatability and identity, self awareness and appreciation, value, pride, anxiety and loss.
So we've designed a culturally sensitive and creative year-round curriculum and program that is steeped in evidence-proven strategies and research-based techniques and solutions to transform lives for the better while encouraging good citizenship, proper etiquettes, focus, disciple, appropriate conflict resolution, academic excellence, positive mentorship, life application, employability, good health, economic opportunities, entrepreneurship and self-worth for 21st youth and teens.
We partner, consult and collaborate with youth professional providers, administration, teachers, educators, school officers, law enforcement and assigned social workers to identify those challenges needed to be incorporated and included in the developmental aspect.
